How does Gifto work?
By purchasing a voucher, you can purchase any experience from our catalog. With this voucher, you can make a reservation for the experience or give it to another person. Then they choose when to use the gifted experience and make the reservation themselves.
Can I exchange the experience for another?
If you have not yet made a reservation, you can use your voucher to purchase any experience from the catalog on our website. If there is a difference in price, you will be able to pay the difference, or the difference in price will remain as a balance on your account when you next purchase a voucher.
Where can I see the available dates for experiences?
Available dates, the organizer's opening hours and seasonal conditions are listed in the terms and conditions for each individual experience. Some experiences do not have published dates, but they are realized at the request of the client or when a certain number of participants is reached.
If you have a voucher, go to the My voucher page and enter its number.
If you don't have a voucher yet, but want to be sure that the experience can be realized on a certain date - send us a request to check the available dates by filling out this form.
We will check with the organizer and reserve the date within 24 hours so that you can purchase a voucher and make a reservation.
What are your working hours?
We work with clients from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 on weekdays. Orders received after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day. Gift vouchers are delivered by courier every business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on a Friday or on a non-working day are processed on Monday (working day). Order before 2:00 PM on a working day and we will send you the paper voucher the same day. We also offer 24/7 delivery via email! Choose to pay by card and you will instantly receive a digital voucher ready to use and print or send. Additionally, we offer a 30 denars discount for anyone who chooses this option.
Can I order/reserve by phone?
No. To purchase a voucher or book an experience, you need to agree to the terms and conditions and provide some personal information, and for that you need to go through the purchase process.
I have several vouchers, can I combine them?
Yes, if you have several active vouchers - you can use them to book the more expensive experience. Write to us at [email protected] so that we can combine your vouchers.
Is the price of the voucher itself visible?
No, the price is not written on the voucher itself. Unless it is a voucher with universal value. Then it will show the available amount.
Can I get a voucher today?
Yes, choose a digital voucher, pay with a credit card and you will receive it immediately - ready to book or give as a gift.
Can I pick up the voucher from your office?
Unfortunately, no. We do not have a physical store. You can get the voucher by courier or by email.
